We live in a 4 bedroom home which is close to high tech companies and public transportation. 45 minutes from San Francisco Intl. airport and 10 minutes away from Mineta Intl. airport (San Jose, CA). We are centrally located in Sunnyvale, the heart of Silicon Valley. The amenities in the room are for your use only. They are NOT souvenirs. If your stay is longer than a month there is a security deposit of $300.00 which is REFUNDABLE provided that the house is left the same as when you first checked in. There is a fee of $50.00 for any additional registered guest/person after one registered guest. If you have a car, only street parking is available. No shoes or slippers are allowed in the private areas. Please leave them at the hallway entrance. We are recovering from a drought. Please use water responsibly. For long term stays, you are responsible to launder the towels, and beddings provided you. You have kitchen privileges. Please clean up after each use.

Victoria and her husband are very charming, generous, friendly and social. I felt like a family in a very short of time. They helped me alot by taking me by their own car for shoping, for droping me to my distinations, showing me around and buying a SIM card. The room was clean and tidy, and so was the bathroom and the kichen. They offered me smoothies and coffee every day. I loved Vicky, and i recommend her with confidence.
