Earlyn is a very helpful, funny, lovely Lady, around 60 years old. The room is a good size, the bed is good. But: Far Rockaway is far away from Manhattan. If you want to go to Downtown, it can take you 11/2 hours. It's also not the safest place to walk around. I never felt unsafe, but there are strange people around. So why to go: if you want to see the beach, walk along the beautiful Beach BLVd for hours and feel like beeing at home in the evening with Earlyn, then book it. It's also a great place if you come or go from JFK.
