Jinx and William are very fine people, it was great pleasure to meet! The communication from the very beginnig was perfect with Jinx and later I was warmly welcomed. Nice bedroom. Good location. No central AC, which was only a problem during the heatwave. I left a day early due to roaches in the bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. I showed the bugs to Jinx and asked her to clean the bathroom. She deduced a $40 “cleaning fee” from a one day refund. A sour ending to an otherwise okay stay.

The home was untidy with food on the floor. The listing advertised breakfast and a private bathroom of which I received neither. There was cat food on the vanity in my unshared bathroom. My sheets were not clean on arrival but changed next day. I would not recommend this place.

Der erste Eindruck war leider eher schlecht. Keine richtige Begrüssung, zuerst Geld und dann das Zimmer und die vielen Regeln im Haus. Es war ein Homestay in einem Privatzimmer. Ausser dem kleinen schmuddeligen Bad durften wir keinen einzigen Raum benutzen. Das light breakfast war nicht dabei und so gingen wir uns das Essen selber einkaufen. Essen mussten wir auch im Zimmer. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ein absolutes Tabu, obwohl die Hausherrin ein separater Hausteil hat. Nicht mehr als 5 Minuten duschen ist eine der Regeln. Da aber das Warmwasser erst nach 2 Minuten kam, war es nicht wirklich einfach dies einzuhalten. Das Bett war bequem und wir bekamen einen Schlüssel zum Haus. So waren wir wenigstens frei und konnten ein und aus wann immer wir wollten. Auf Nachfrage bei der Houstmum, wäschte sie sogar unsere schmutzigeb Klamotten, was uns sehr ûberraschte.
