Hi! I have a charming, small house (built 1914) with a huge fenced backyard, a front yard, and a side yard with many visiting birds and squirrels. I share it with my 9-year-old who declines to use the room I meant for her because she prefers to share mine. This leaves it for you if you want it! I also have a 20-year-old son who has a finished basement room he uses on breaks from college (he attends classes during the summer, so these breaks tend to be no longer than a week). My house is two blocks from the MAX train station and a 10-minute drive/20-minute bike ride to downtown. lots of parking available, as my street is a dead-end one (so very quiet). It's a ride/walk from N. Mississippi Avenue, which is very popular for its restaurants, shops, and bars. The Oregon Coast is an hour, 30 mins away one direction. Hood River is an hour the other. Hiking areas are a 15-minute drive away. We speak English and Spanish and love to travel. Finally, so you know, the pics are untouched, just from my phone without special lighting effects other than natural light, so you get what you see (except a second bed if there are two of you), no surprises. Also, the bed shown is new as of May 2023. The mattress is a Twin Escape 500 Bedtech cooling gel mattress. No smokers, please.
