Home has been extensively upgraded inside 3 years ago with granite counter tops through out new flooring. Yard is fully fenced and landscaped with an abundance of fruit trees, apricot, cherry, peach and grapes also two storage sheds. Enjoy barbecuing and entertaining summer evenings on your large private deck over looking lake Okanagan.
