Our home is very centrally located; it is 5 minutes from the Coxwell Subway so getting anywhere is very easy. Toronto can be hard to get around, but from here, it is very easy. I am within 5 minutes drive of both major highways too! The house was recently beautifully renovated; it is spectacular, super clean, and very comfortable! I currently have a beautiful bedroom, The Gardenview, which has a 3/4 sized bed and a pull-out couch with a mini fridge and a beautiful view of the backyard garden. I also sometimes offer the Reconciliation Room, which has a very comfortable double bed. I own this house and live here. I can offer advice on places to see and where shops, theatres, and other amenities are. I have a large collection of vintage DVDs and CDs as well as musical instruments including a grand piano, banjo, guitar, tongue drum, and many other wind instruments. I also have thousands of novels, books on history, art, music, and philosophy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and you are welcome to cook there and use the living room and dining area, as well as the outdoor patio (weather permitting). There is also a sitting area in the front of the house with a table and comfortable outdoor chairs. There is one parking spot for your use at the back of the property. It is entirely NON-SMOKING. lGBTQ+ positive
