The house has 2 floors in the second one is a multifunctional place where the client can prepare food and light drinks while enjoying the landscape of the city. Next is the room, which has a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water, Internet access. These amenities are complemented by a terrace to enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful sunset of the East of Cuba, a privileged position where you can see the entire western part of the city, in the distance the imposing mountains of the province and at the foot of the bay, in addition of the entire historical center of the city, where it is located. Â Within walking distance of the house are the main parks and squares such as the Dolores Square, the Cathedral, Céspedes Park, Casa de la Trova, Paseo Enramadas, Commercial Zone, Banks, in short everything you need is within your reach. The Hosts are university graduates in the specialty of Philosophy and History which will allow them to have an orientation of the city and the country. Note: In the house we do not have parking but within meters you can park with custody service. We also offer TAXI services for either airport or bus terminal pick-up, city tours with cheap prices, based on customer satisfaction.

Without any doubt, and by lengths the best of all the casa particulares we stayed at in Cuba. The family house offers a private floor, including a bar, and two terraces to their guests with a spectacular view of the city. But even more, Carlo and Rosario are extremely welcoming, happily engaging with their guests, explaining a lot about the city, its history and current situation. We had a lot of nice conversations with other casa owners too, but no one took as much interest in us as well as offering explanations to all our questions and curiousity. They are super helpful also in offering all other accomadative services from night parking around the corner to, attractions and directions and the laundry. Their son knows the greater area also very well as can offer a lot of insight about the getting from A-to-B if you come by car, or take you yourself as he is occasionally working as a taxi driver. And last but not least the food - I mean THE FOOD!! - is by any measure the best we had on the entire island of Cuba. The breakfast was spectacular, the coffee is too, and the dinner they cooked for us just killed it. Thank you again for the amazing experience, we felt so warmly welcome and are grateful for the time we spent with you!!

Mi estancia aquí ha sido realmente un encanto. La familia siempre está dispuesto a ayudar o informar con lo que necesites y son muy amables. No hubiera podido ser mejor. Muy recomandable para una visita a Santiago de Cuba. La habitación y el baño privado son perfectos. My stay here has truely been wonderful. The whole family has been there for me all the time with whatever I would have needed or was looking for. Room and bathroom are both in perfect shape and clean. I would surely recommend for anyone visiting Santiago de Cuba.

We had a lovely stay at casa Rosario! He and his wife and son are very friendly and helpful people that made us feel like home. Their son soon became our private taxi driver and showed us around in Santiago, and they prepared nice breakfasts and a delicious dinner for us. They also did our laundry. The room is on the first floor from where you also have access to the outside terrace with great views of Santiago. We would definitely recommend this casa!

Rosario and her family are really nice people who made us feel at home right away. The whole family helped us whenever we had any questions and her son drove us to the Viazul station and around the city. The room was clean, the breakfast good and the location is in the old centre. We definitely recommend this place!

Rosario e Carlos sono 2 persone stupende gentili, disponibili, sempre attenti che tutto sia perfetto per il loro ospite, sono molto amichevole ma sempre nel rispetto della privacy consiglio questa casa per la bellissima vista dal terrazzo su Santiago de Cuba per la cucina servita con amore e fantasia, per la gentilezza che riempe ogni gesto dei suoi padroni per i loro ospiti. il figlio di Rosario e Carlos e' un taxista quindi vi portero ovunque voi vogliate non credo si possa volere di piu.. un grande abbraccio ci vediamo presto

Our stay with Rosario and her Husband in Santiago was short, but very nice. They were very friendly, provided a nice and clean room and an amazing view over Santiago! It was also very sweet of them to get up extra early to make a great breakfast before our flight in the morning. Definitely recommend!

It was lovely staking with Rosario and her family. A private bedroog and bathroom and A terrazza on the roof of her house. 5 min walk from the center of Santiago the Cuba. She is really committed.
