Modern and recently refurnished apartment with all the commodities to make your trip to Cuba a memorable journey. We're in Miramar, Playa, 5 minutes away from Vedado downtown and 10 minutes away from Old Havana. Our apartment is the perfect home for those who prefer to enjoy Cuba's intensity but keeping some privacy for oneself, with functional and totally equipped spaces, away from downtown's hustle and bustle. It is a full flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and a small patio. You can rent only one of the rooms but still have access to the other spaces. We live at the other room but if the entire flat is needed, we move to the first floor, where my grandma lives. We take care of breakfast, cleaning services, morning chats :-) and everything else you might need. The house has cold and hot water at all services and a pressurizer water pump to keep liquid pressure at all times throughout house. Rooms are wide open with natural light and recently installed AC systems. There is a 55-inch TV with HD channels available. The one we call the “blue room” has the bathroom in-room, while the second bathroom (the one we call “red bathroom”) is in the hall between the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed and the other one has two hotel-size beds, meaning a bit bigger than the personal-size. Our flat is perfect for couples, families, groups of friends and business travelers.
