Casa Giraldilla, family home in the Historic Center of Havana, Cuba. Restored house maintaining its Colonial appearance from the 1920s. It is located on the first floor, with a high ceiling, providing clarity and freshness. My husband, our 5-year-old daughter and I, a young couple, live in the house, interested in the guest knowing the customs and traditions of the City and the country, in addition to providing a quality service for the best enjoyment of their stay. The rooms have a window or balcony facing the street, being bright and fresh. They are properly heated. The bathroom is private for each room, with hot and cold water. The house makes available to the client the spacious dining room, with its corner balcony allowing to see the streets and nearby centers of interest such as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of the Revolution. In addition to the Terrace on the Roof, where we serve breakfast. You can contract the continental breakfast service, with an additional cost of 5 EUR, with prior notice. Estuvimos genial! Al Vicente muy agradable, la habitación grande, cómoda y con baño y un desayuno esplendido. La ubicación perfecta, en la Habana Vieja cerca de casi todo lo importante. Si podemos, repetimos.

La casa particular Carlos y Carmen está muy bien ubicada. Nosotros pasamos dos noches tranquilas y seguras. Las habitaciones y el espacio para el desayuno están ubicados en los pisos superiores de la casa. Es recomendable tener una buena forma física y viajar con valijas pequeñas. Recomendamos esta Casa a todo aquel que quiera disfrutar de un ambiente idéal.

We stayed at the Giraldilla Hous in November and it really felt like being at home - a cozy and clean room with a little terrace, a perfect location close to everything, and nice and friendly people. As the owners were away, we were hosted by Al - he organized everything we needed for us. Special thanks to him! Plus we had a really fun time in the evenings chatting on the rooftop terrace. We highly recommend this place! Happy New Year!!!

Von allen Unterkünften, die ich bisher in Havanna hatte, habe ich mich hier mit Abstand am wohlsten gefühlt. Es war für mich wie ein zweites Zuhause und für mich ist klar, wenn ich wieder ein Zimmer in Havanna brauche, werde ich wieder ins Casa Giradilla gehen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war einfach himmlisch. Für Fragen und Probleme bezüglich des Aufenhaltes in Havanna fand man jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und Hilfe. Besten Dank nochmal für alles

Preciosa casa en la zona de la Habana vieja, quedamos encantados con la casa y con el trato recibido, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos, tarjeta sim, taxis, traslado del aeropuerto, excursión a Viñales, recomendaciones de restaurantes... La habitación doble es preciosa, con balcón, impresionante techo alto y una cama muy cómoda. Nuestra primera para en Cuba fue genial gracias a estos anfitriones.

Our experience was quite bad. First of all, this place feels more like a hotel than someone's home. The owners do not live there, but rent all the rooms that are managed by several different people. The house is very noisy, just on top of a busy streat where people shout and play loud music all night long---we had lot of trouble sleeping at night even though we are very easy with sleep in general. In addition, we had the impression that the manager of the rooms wanted to take advantage of us financially. Although all our other hosts shared their internet for free, in this place we were asked to pay 5 dollars for a sim card. In the last day, the manager also seemed to not understand that we needed him to book us a taxi, even if we told him 3 times in advance, and he promised he would do it---the taxi was not booked, we could not find another one on time, and we ended up losing our flight! Needless to say, when we went back to ask for some help, he refused to give it to us. Such a pity to have this bad experience in Havana. We do not recommend this place, there many other ones that you can choose to enjoy your stay!

la estadia en la casa de Carmen y Carlos fue fenomenal. Muy limpia y muy acogedora. Muy bien ubicada. El recibimiento de Al y y los demas fue espectacular. En verdad, me sentí como en casa. Volveria un millon de veces. Muchas gracias por hospedarme.

We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. The casa is very nice and clean and everybody is super nice and helpful. Our buddy from the casa (Al) helped us troughout our entire trip in Cuba and we are really grateful for that. Thank you! We miss Cuba already. If we ever come to Havana again, we will return here for sure!
